Speaking of Okra, or “okrie,”as Grandma called, just showed up here in the stores. They have no idea what it is so I bought a big bag of it. Now, my Christmas is complete…IF…I can find Yellow Cornmeal. They don’t understand that component either. Mmmmmmmm! Fried Okra for Christmas!!
Dutch Foreign Minister Uri Rosenthal calls on the world to support bloggers and cyber-dissidents.
Rosenthal says Internet freedom is threatened, and “online espionage activities, blockades and propaganda, as well as intimidation and persecution in ordinary life are a threat to internet freedom.â€
The European Parliament has approved a fund of €125-million euros to promote internet freedom outside the European Union.

So the newest piece of Know Nothing prohibitionist approved hysterical rhetoric is out. It seems that cannabis can cause “severe shutdown of blood circulation to the arms or legs[and this] has been reported in young people who smoked marijuana. In some cases, it was so severe that amputation was required.”
Remember, you heard it here first. Cannabis is so expensive that it can cost an arm and a leg!
