Sorry, but you need to read it.

Father of murdered foster child speaks

DFPS removed [Alex] from her parent’s home last November for “neglectful supervision.”

Hill admits they were smoking pot when their daughter was asleep.

“We never hurt our daughter. She was never sick, she was never in the hospital, and she never had any issues until she went into state care.”

For two months, Alex was placed in a home that Hill says was dangerous.
“She would come to visitation with bruises on her, and mold and mildew in her bag. It got to a point where I actually told CPS that they would have to have me arrested because I wouldn’t let her go back.”

In January, CPS placed her with Sherill Small in Rockdale, and Hill says things seemed safe there.

“They listened, they paid attention when we had concerns, they tried to keep us in the loop, but in the end, it wasn’t enough.”

Hill got the call Monday night that his daughter was in a Temple hospital.

She died.

The foster mother is being charged with murder.

God forbit that you have parents who smoke pot while you’re asleep.

what can be said about that? the disgust factor is chartless. and to know that there are those for whom this is just a statistic, an aberration they’d call it… adds to the grief and despair.

And as a dad… I can’t imagine. The death of a child is tragic but this scenario makes it into macabre. So, so fucking sad…

    FTW

That’s exactly it. A statistic. Collateral damage. These things happen. There will be an internal review (results never made public). We will re-evaluate our procedures. Our heart goes out to the family.

      And nothing will change.

Ganjawar Profiteers. Trailer Park Foster Queens, Each kid gets them $1000./mo. They’re catching on to tinkle down, gotta get the red neck state votes somehow. Koch Rentacops in every school and porta potty too. Confiscations and forfeitures from the DARE graduate turning in Granny toking her rheumatism medicine. Foster out the kids, cage the parents in for profit tax paid private max cap cages. Sick dysfunctional profiteers over decency and common sense. Raising kids to hate cops or brainwashing them into robotic soldiers. Freaks of nature taking babies from mommas and caging the bread winner. Paid from the savings closing down schools. That is their message to the kids. How naive can society get before this crap stops?

    Child Protection Racket (raw)

MPP’s Bill Gives Voice To Lost Children

Dunlop’s private member’s bill aims to write into law that children who are endangered by drug trafficking fall under the category of abused children.

It could even be argued that the added threat of incarceration and risk of separation from children might serve as a strong incentive for parents to clean up their acts.

Human Rights Watch has documented abominable conditions for children in detention in countries around the world. In the United States (Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, and Maryland), Pakistan, Jamaica, among other countries, children are subjected to excessive force, inadequate medical and mental health care, and are provided with little or no education. Often, these children are placed in the facilities along side adults, exposing them to physical and sexual abuse.

Pete and the rest of us talk/champion LEAP regularly on here. They are a very good group restoring hope in the society of law and order

Those bureaucratic cretins at DFPS who ‘aided and abetted’ this child’s murder, should thank their lucky stars this hasn’t happened to them.

In my opinion, the perp in the link got off easy; I would ha ve taken my time, uh, er…‘disassembling’…him.

Sometimes I feel like Charlton Heston’s character Taylor in the first Planet of the Apes movie: with regards to illicit drug prohibition, with patent insanity such as the DFPS putting a child at risk like this over cannabis, that America’s become “…a madhouse! A MAAAAADHOUSE!”

    • claygooding says:

I would help you push the red button in #2 if it left anything to rebuild with but since we are a peaceful movement at heart the violent demolition of the house prohibition built will continue being dismantled one hammer blow after the other.
I can’t comment on the child killing by state employed agents in my state but I can start following the ones in my towns actions a lot closer.

yet they could drink themselves into oblivion right in front of the kid

    • War Vet says:

and while drunk, they could get away with yelling at the kid and being rough with him and blaming it on the alcohol.

Yet, what’s the prohib’s basic refrain? “It’s for the children!” Sorry. That BS just don’t hunt any more. But, then again, take a good look at the type of people CPS-type offices hire. It’s scarey. Not to mention the condition of the foster home itself. As a PD Chaplain, I’ve been in all I ever want to see. Even with combat experience, I couldn’t take it. And my local CPS would NOT listen to me. Since “stats” were mentioned, I wonder how many children die each year who are controlled by all CPS’s, combined, nationwide?

I am finding it extremely hard now to finish my coffee and continue reading on the “couch” due to the tears streaming down my face. Sorry, but have two children of my own, who my husband or I have never hurt, harmed or have ever neglected, and cherish them more than my own life, and feel the pain of Alex’s father. RIP little Alex, God needed an angle, am so sorry for the father’s loss, so sorry. Enough, have to find tissue and stop….crying….start praying…..

  10. Irie says:

Sorry told you was crying so hard couldn’t read and spell correctly, it should have read,…RIP Alex, God needed an angel (not angle).

I’m ashamed that the people that perpetrate these sorts of injustices against people haven’t been stopped everywhere, already.

This is too much. The anger and sadness I feel for this little girl and her family is tremendous. How the fuck is this America? My confidence in the future of this country is all but gone. May this little girl rest in peace, God Bless.
