I wonder what would happen if the feds spent a small portion of their war on drugs budget on treatment instead of incarceration? Say 10% to treatment facilities and R&D.

If the drug dealers had less people to sell it to what do you think would happen?

The non-Richard-Cowan Marijuana News site is so ridiculous it almost looks like a hoax. If it’s a hoax, it’s a good one. Our side can really use people who can think and write like idiots and who can generate appalling impressions of the opposition.

"You will be assimilated. Resistance is futile. You will disarm your weapons, and escort us to Sector 001. If you attempt to intervene, we will destroy you. Lower your shields and surrender your ships. We will add your biological and technological distinctiveness to our own. Your culture will adapt to service us. Resistance is futile. We are Borg. "

I thought Richard Cowan had the Marijuana News site, and still does.
I'd normally skip this scum or dump ammo, they're pretty mindless. The title caught my interest. Now I have to wash my computer.

Beepeepepbeep This just in...
Lou Dobbs petitions the president to place a large dome over the Continental US to stop smugglers, paying for it by selling Alaska and Hawaii. Lynch lynches the sick... Cannafornia bound...

SAN MIGUEL, Ariz. – A pickup truck in Mexico pulls up to the 5-foot vehicle barriers that make up part of the multibillion-dollar border fence. A retractable ramp is extended from the truck, forming a bridge up and over the barriers.

Then, a second pickup — this one loaded with a ton of marijuana — rolls over the bridge and into the U.S.

@Jon Doe: one of my good friends once went to a conference hosted by (I forget the name) one of those drug free world organizations. She saw a lot of this Soros bashing. As she put it they didn't have anything substantial in their presentations, but this one guy just suddenly blurts out that this George Soros guy is ... and ya better go sit down ... an ATHEIST, hence without moral guidance of any kind! And that's why every legalizer is pretty much evil.

I think that's it, and the fact that he's money.

Practically every story on that blog makes at least one gross mistake. The writer ASSUMES. He doesn't include facts to back up his assumptions, which is the true sign of a narrow-field prohib.
